Single-family home on rural land
Two L-shaped volumes organize this home: one with two floors dedicated to rest, and another on the ground floor for daytime living. Stone, warmth, and proportions blend seamlessly with the Mallorcan rural landscape. The pool and terraces extend the house outward, where light and climate take the lead.

The original stone volume is preserved, with façades restored sensitively. The new extension, built with lime and clean lines, enters into dialogue with the old house without competing with it. Pool and outdoor areas are integrated through the sobriety of Mallorcan design.
